We start by understanding your service, the people you support and what you want to achieve. Together we configure Multi Me, including your portal, templates, roles and workflows.
Train-the-trainer workshops combining real-life show-and-tell from people with lived experience with practical, hands-on learning — building confident Multi Me Champions who can bring multimedia person-centred practice to life across your service.
Follow-up tasks, troubleshooting and ongoing support help your Champions build confidence and make Multi Me part of everyday person-centred practice.
Whether you want to work with us entirely online or bring us into your service for intensive face-to-face workshops, both programmes combine practical training with hands-on implementation support - helping your team build confidence and embed Multi Me into everyday person-centred practice.
